Allowed use
DoctorFII provides tools to organize, monitor and read FII data. You must use the platform lawfully and without automated abuse, security bypass attempts or operational interference.
Account and subscription
Users are responsible for protecting credentials and keeping registration data accurate. Premium features may depend on email confirmation, approved payment and anti-fraud checks.
User-provided data
Portfolio, goals, document and contact data are used to provide contracted features, support, billing and account security. Sensitive data should only be submitted through official flows.
Changes
The version accepted at registration is recorded. If there is a material change, DoctorFII may require renewed acceptance before enabling selected features.
Cancellation and refunds
Users may request cancellation through the channels provided in the platform. Renewal termination, access through the contracted period and any refunds follow the purchased offer and rights established by applicable law.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Mandatory consumer rights and legally applicable jurisdiction rules remain preserved.
